This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You have had a sore throat for almost an entire month? Is this the same as your normal sore throats? Is this a chronic condition? Is this typical for you to get a sore throat for this period of time?

This is a very long time, and highly unlikely to be because of the remedy. While some people are very sensitive to homoeopathy and can have side effects that last for many weeks, such side effects usually present in a different way to what you are used to.

If the symptoms are the same as you usually get, then it is not the remedy. If the symptoms are different then it is possible. You will be unable to antidote using the same remedy. Antidoting will be ineffective regardless, if you are simply suffering from an aggravation of your normal chronic disease - a more appropriate remedy may need to be found.
