Post Partum Haemorrage
Hi everyoneMy second baby is due in 12 days time. My first was born by emergency c-section and I had a miscarriage at 13 weeks just over a year ago for both of which I suffered from Post Partum Haemorrage.
A friend told me that I should take Shepherds Purse tincture immediately after the birth this time but I'm not sure how much and for how long I should take this and wonder if it is safe as I will be breastfeeding our baby. (I'm very new to homeopathy, just starting to get interested)
Many thanks in advance for your help and advice.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Well shepherds purse -- homeopathic name Thlaspi Bursa Pastoris -- is a uterine remedy, but not necessarily the best for PP haemorrage .
Hamamalis and Ipecacuanha are good bets but I would tend to get Arnica 10m and take a dose before you get to the hospital [or before the midwife arrives .
Get some Ipecac 10m and have with you so that If the Arnica does not do the trick you have a 'fallback'.
