Dear Honey,
Please give her 1 (single) dose of Arsenicum Album 200c at morning (1 hour before breakfast) only for 1 day. Do not take any other remedy or herbs on the next 7 days. Do not repeat it on the next 7 days.
Get a 500ml bottle of distilled Water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 250 ml of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 1 pills (If the remedy is in pills form) or Insert 1 drop (If the remedy is in liquid dilution form) of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard 15 times in a row (15 strokes of equal strength). Take 1 teaspoon of this reconstituted remedy dilution and insert into 350ml distilled water. Thoroughly stirred it and take 1 teaspoon of it.
Report back after 7 day. I look forward to your response.
Restrictions: Same as before.

Can she take medicine in after noon or evening as in the morning she will have to go to the chemist and get it so will not be able to tak in morning.Can the time be shifted to afternoon or evening.

She can take it 2 or 3 hour after lunch at afternoon (approximately 4 to 5 pm). Do not take it at evening or after dinner because it can aggravate her condition.

medicine taken.I would also like to share that the patient is fine as if now.The times when she suffers from a sudden sinus attack are:
Morning( 2-3 minutes)
after a walk when she removes shoes(2-3 minutes)
and at time in between the day. How ever duration remains 2-4 minutes only.After that she becomes normal

Pls find update:
She is fine if we talk about strong sinus attacks, how ever she still gets it say for 2-3 minutes when there is a temprature change i.e. after waking up, after walk etc
She is also facing one more issue i.e her stomach gets upset frequently and for a longer duration.
pls suggest if she can take any remedy for that or if it is a part of the treatment

the condition has deteriorated , she is down with sinus since yesterday.
Nose is flowing since ,
sneezing with nose blowing,
heaviness in eyes feels like sleeping yesterday.Her condition is really bad.
heaviness in head is also there.

her condition is bad.Unable to sleep whole nigh due to sinus.
Doctor one more suggestion, is there any emergency medicine which you recommend , she should take in this situation.

pls suggest somethig for her as well. everday when she gets up in the morning or after noon she gets sinus for around an hour , after that at times it stops and at times it continues for whole day. pls also suggest some urgency remedy which she can take at time .

The patient does not find much relief as if now and is unable to have a sound sleep due to sinus which leads to not having fresh day through out.
Is this a part of remedie's action or is the remedy needs to be of high petency.
pls suggest as patient is worried.
The travel is also there on cards for her in other 3 days, if possible help her out.

One dose means:
Get a 500ml bottle of distilled Water from the nearest supermarket. Pour out about 250 ml of water from the bottle to leave some airspace. Insert 1 pill (If the remedy is in pills form) or Insert 1 drop (If the remedy is in liquid dilution form) of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard 15 times in a row (15 strokes of equal strength). Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succession which is done to enhance the medicinal power of the remedy.
Please take only 2 drops of the reconstituted dilution of 250 ml using a disposable dropper.
Please report back after 15 day. I look forward to your response.

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 1 hour prior to, or after taking the remedy. You can take your meal or brush your teeth 1 (one) hour before or after taking your remedy.
2/. If your remedy came in pills form do not touch the pills with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water.
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicy foods.
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by your Doctor.
