Penis/Urine Infection
For the past few months I have sometimes been experiencing excruitiating pain while urinating. It feels like a stinging burning sensation.Other times when I have nearly finished urinating, my urine becomes thick and cloudy, like a white kind of colour. This causes no pain.
It has become more frequent over the past few months, and I find I get the burning sensation usually after I have had some Coke-A-Cola to drink. Just something I had noticed, not sure if it's coincidence or not.
The pain is so intense that I can barely urinate, and I often have to sit down for a long time because it's very painfull and uncomfortable. It is also very embarassing sometimes because I am in the toilet for a long time.
When retracting the foreskin, I notice a build up of a white 'mushy' substance usually just where the head meets the shaft, and whenever I have my penis out, there is a disgusting smell.
I have also developed a redish sore on the top side of the head of my penis, which has been present for a couple of days but is quite sore at times.
Occasionally I have also have bad pains in my back about where my kidneys are on each side. It comes suddenly, and feels like I have been stabbed but doesn't last long.
I have never had sexual contact with anyone and I am uncircumcised.

Hi David
You describe an infection, although not an STD, it is an infection none the less. I'm sorry you are in discomfort, but have you been to the doctor? I would advise you to make an appointment. Homeopathy is complementary form of medicine and I'm sure the homeopaths here would advise you see a doc under these circumstances and report back so that the homeopathy can be used as an adjunct to antibiotics, which do sound appropriate in this case.
Just an opinion though - am no expert !!

It is always a good idea to see an MD for a good diagnosis so we actually are sure of what we are treating.
If you have some sort of bladder problem and the doc wants to "get in there and do stuff", check with us first.
The bladder is VERY easy to injure and we would like to get you before some doc takes a nick at it.
Take a morning sample of urine in a new small clean bottle with a lid, to the dr with you. Some docs have papers to check urine right in the office. Do the sample in a paper cup and then pour into bottle, easier.
Let us know on this same posting.
Blessings, Sabra
