My mood got horrible. The first week it was ok. No aggravation I did see return of old symptoms on skin (a brown patch on my lip) and an old cyst that kept coming in underarms ) without any change on the mental plane. what does that mean?

I meant the return of those symptoms happened but they did go away as well. without changing my mood and eating habits. I have been really restless and annoyed since last 3-4 days. I also see that the blue veins that i used to see under my tongue have gone away 90% Acne is as bad. and so is my mood. let me know what to do next. Thanks.

I am actually sure about Thuja too. Just hope the potency does something good. Can I know how many years will my problem exactly take? Approximately?

This depends on the depth of miasmatic baggage in a patient, which seems to be quite deep here given the center of gravity of your disease is at the mental plane. This is one of the reasons as to why I am intent on giving Thuja a long time to act.
That being said, since there are no structural changes, everything is 'reversible', and with the right remedy, some improvements should happen within 4 weeks.
Cases with a lot of deep mental symptoms require long term management and might take months before feeling substantially better. Even a good homeopath is not infallible, and mistakes might happen along the way. How one manages the case after an incorrect prescription becomes paramount in tough cases.

And yes, I feel that Thuja is really my remedy as i did not feel any uneasiness (aggravation). Return of a few old symptoms and stuff . So yeah, :D we are on the right track. Hopefully.

Acne is getting worse. With little to no change mentally. I had a fight with my boyfriend today over a very silly thing. I over-reacted, Small appetite, I am full after having 2 rotis. Should I wait? The blue veins under my tongue have disappeared completely.

I have finished 3 weeks from the remedy.
Update is
- Acne worse.
-Little to no change in the mental symptoms
-The varicose veins beneath the tongue have almost gone.
Apart from the above I forgot to tell you one symptom, I should have told you when we started the treatment that when I try to read some book or a lengthy article in a newspaper I always skip lines. I randomly pick lines and read. Too lazy to read the full thing. And impatient too.
Waiting for your instructions.

and When I sit on the floor and the outer side of my ankles are pressing against the floor I kind of find that painful and the skin that has rubbed against the hard surface has gone hard and dark. same with my knees too. and the pinky of my right hand. when I am writing continuously and outer side of my pinky is rubbing against the page on the book after a while it swells and goes red and later it becomes brown.
I still am very certain that Thuja IS my remedy, but yeah I will wait for your instructions :)

Please procure Thuja LM1 and Lachesis LM1 from Helios UK, in 30 ml teat dropper bottles, oral liquid.
Let me know when you have these remedies.

This is really embarrassing. i have a problem here. I have a debit card which apparently does not have a PIN number and my father wont let me use his credit card. I know it's not your problem. But yeah, I found two pharmacies here which do have LM potencies but they have it in pills. So is it ok if I get those? :(

No problem at all.
Please also procure plain alcohol from the homeopathic shop. Also buy a (greater than 150 ml) amber glass bottle.
Then drop just 1 granule of Thuja LM1 in the amber glass bottle (without touching the pellet), and fill it with 1:5 mixture of alcohol and spring/distilled water. Do not fill the bottle completely.
Let it stand for 10-15 mins, and then shake gently. Store this remedy bottle at a cool place away from sunlight.
When you have done this, please update me.

I will be going to purchase the stuff tomorrow, just one question how much alcohol should I purchase? and how much should I exactly pour into the bottle? you know measurement wise?

A mixture of 20 ml alcohol and 100 ml water is good. You can buy the preserving alcohol and keep it with you for future use.
