H pylori Please Help

I am a 47 yr old male with symptoms of H Pylori for several months now: Nausea, pain in stomach under sternum and most of my abdomen, almost always have that little hunger pain in upper stomach, pain in kidney area mostly left side. Stools are usually loose, stringy and a dark color like described in h pylori.
My wife, son and daughter in law all have it too. I have recently fasted for the first time in my life almost an entire 4 days with nothing but distilled water and it helped a little as there was also a burning I had that almost went away. I am now only eating about 2 to 3 handfuls of raw spinach, some celery, cucumber, cabbage (only sometimes too gassy) and about a quarter green apple a day for the last couple of days. I still have the hunger feeling and the nausea and it is really driving me crazy. Can't afford to go to the doc (I have almost lost all faith in them over the years anyhow) and just don't know what to do.

Almost forgot started Echinacea, probiotics, Pa Diarco, and now ginger hoping it will help.

also it seems 15 minutes of any physical work and I feel like I am dying, get very very week and have to sit or lie down. I can't hardly think my mind is real cloudy and I forget things right in the middle of talking.
