What to do for sentinel tag

Hello! I have received help here b4 with Mr. De Livera's 'Joetherapy' for a fissure which is completely healed over two years ago. Thank you again and again.

My current situation is a skin tag that has grown near the anal area. It has not been painful until now and has gotten very large (no pus or oozing).

I would prefer not have to have surgery. Can anyone please recommend a remedy?
