Spider veins multiplying
Does anyone know of anything that will get rid of these?Mine are hereditary and much like my grandma had are beginning to multiply all over my thighs. I am concerned that my legs will look like hers as the years go on. She was loaded with them, her legs looked purple.
I am looking for a natural or homeopathic remedy.
I know beauty is from within, but I am 30 years young and not ready to stop wearing shorts.

Also, I am starting to bruise easily and the bruises take a while to heal. Arnica does not seem to make much of a dent in this.
I rarely used to bruise and when I did bang myself rarely did a bruise ever form.
Yes, I eat plenty of iron rich foods.

I have had some success in helping similar problems with Arnica 6c. This remedy is known to promote the flow of blood in the capillaries and relaxes the arteries and veins throughout the body thereby increasing the flow of blood. I believe that your 'spider veins' are slowly coming to the surface due to gradual blockage. This condition is also hereditary and as long as they do not end up in Varicose veins, you can use Arnica 6c in the manner that I have detailed below:
Put just 1 drop or 2 pellets of this remedy into 400ml (8 oz) of bottled water. Hit (succuss) the bottle hard on the palm of your hand 3 times and pour out a teaspoonful of the remedy which you can sip 3 times daily for the first week and reduce to twice daily after. Please note that when the bottle is banged on your palm it must fizzle like opening a bottle of pop does. This increases the potency of the remedy and is the secret of its efficacy in helping you to overcome your problem. This banging on your palm must be done with every dose.
Please report progress in a week.
