Hello Doc.
I took the remedy for 2 weeks with same amount of ayurvedic medicine ,which I was taking before.
It was during this week I have reduced 1/4the amount of ayurvedic medicine .Still I see that I get cold .SOme occassion when I was caught by cold were:
If I get up before my scheduled timing in the morning.Say I am habitual of getting up at 6 o clock and have to get up before that.
If there is temprature variation.The temprature is cold ,I get cold.
The condition becomes better once I take ayurvedic medicine and have food.
Suggest how should I proceed.

Does this mean that 1/4 of the ayurvedic medicine is being used but that the symptoms are not increasing by much?

well what she means is she is taking 3/4 of ayurvedic medicine and as stopped taking 1/4 part .
Evn in this case at times she is having a cold and then she has to take more ayurvedic medicine i.e (3/4 + 1/4) again.

So she is continuing to need to suppress her symptoms. Let me re-examine the case to see if there is a better remedy, as I can see no benefit from the Arsenicum.

so the combination she is taking on daily basis is '1 spoon of arsenicum LM and 3/4 amount of ayurvedic medicine.
What do you say doc.
can we consider it correct remedy and try with less amount of ayurvedic medicine as she has not tried with combination of '1 spoon of arsenicum and less than 3/4 amount of arsenicum'.
pls suggest

I did not understand that. I thought she was taking the extra 1/4 Ayurvedic medicine each day.
Ask he to see what happens when she reduces it down to 1/2, but continues the Arsenicum.

She updated me that she was hitting it 4 times only.
I do not know why she did that before.
It has been 2 days she reduced the dose to half.
any further instructions I need to give her?

There will naturally be an intensification of her symptoms, because she is addicted to the medicine. See how long she can bear using it at half-dose.

If she has to she can put the dosage back up to 3/4.
Are there any other changes in her though? Have a look at the post I directed you to - see if you can answer those questions for me. I have to determine if the remedy is right.

I am not sure that it is a fact or a psychological feeling, I feel 1-2% positive change in my hands.They were very bony and skiny before and now I see slight fat deposition on them.
Little confusion , she needs to fill the form for her disease .Do I also need to fill it and share for my disease?

I went through all the questions shared by you but I see I am not seeing any change neither positive or negative except that I have reduced the dose of ayurvedic medicine to half along with 1 spoon of arsenicum LM on daily basis.
I see that I am not getting cold like before.
With this dose(1/2 the ayurvedic medicine + 1 spoon homeo remedy) I am saved from cold a lot and get it say when I get up after sleep in morning, afternoon etc.

So now she is down to 50% of her ayevedic medicine? That is good.
So now we need to do two things.
One is you need to get Arsenicum 0/2. We will use that soon.
Secondly, she needs to try reducing her medicine down to 1/4 of the normal dose if possible.

Ah ok that is not so good. Alright instead I would just get Ars 0/2 and start her immediately on a daily dose of that.
