Molluscipoxvirus Molluscum Contagiosum

My son have a type of acne in some parts of your body.
It's medical mane is mollusk (or Molluscipoxvirus Molluscum Contagiosum). It come from the family pox-virus.
What homeo medicine you recomend me?

I read that is common in the people who have AIDS, and everyone can be infected in a swimming pool.
Neither of us in the familly have AIDS or hereditary genetic susceptability to have Molluscum virus.
Does Sulphur-- Calc carb -- Calc Silica apply to this disease? And what is a miasmatic treatment? Tks
