homeopathy and hair analysis

I have a question regarding homeopathy and hair analysis. I have a friend that does hair analysis on people and animals. She supposedly has some type of machine in which she checks all the body systems as well as other things, like heavy metals, etc. She is testing the hair root, as when you give her a sample your suppose to pull the hair out at the root. Cause I guess checking at the root is more reliable than the way most hair analyses are done.

Anyways, based upon her findings she may recommend up to 10-15 different homeopathics to take to clear up the system and depending on how bad a case the person or animal is you could be taking the remedies 3-4x/day up to 8 or 9 weeks. Now my little knowledge in homeopathy my understanding is you find one remedy for that particular persons symptoms and see what happens.

Have any of you homeopaths every heard of this hair analysis thing and why would one take so many different remedies. To me it would seem it defeats the purpose.

Just trying to understand a different aspect.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
That is not homoeopathy - that is a perversion of it. It is actually not related to what we do in anyway - you will be taking your life in your hands taking remedies prescribed that way. I have seen patients go through this sort of insane treatment - they get side effects galore, and end up worse than before.

People using this method are untrained and ignorant about homoeopathy, and they will create all sorts of stupid theories to justify what they are doing. We have a name for this - Allopathy - a system of medicine that does not use the symptoms of the patient to prescribe, but instead creates some theory about what is hidden on the inside (that only the practitioner can perceive), a secret cause, that must be treated with medicines chosen for other esoteric reasons. Hahnemann the creator of homoeopathy knew of them, and despised them. Our Organon of Medicine is full of tirades against allopathy, and with good reason. Many of today's health problems are a result of this philosophy, which is the direct opposite of ours.

Why do they use so many remedies? Because they do not even understand how to choose one. If they bothered to study our system of medicine they would not do this, but they are lazy.

As you can see, I have little time for them.
