Hey Sameer i have been doing really well for awhile. The last two days have been a little bad a little pain here and there but more I've been really sad for no reason and a little grouchy. I think it is very close to my period and I always hurt worse the closer I am to it?? I've had more joint pain also!

Hey Sameer I have been in a lot more pain I keep waiting thinking it will get better but it isn't? I thought you should know that I have started a new, pretty intense workout I'm in the middle of the third week! Not sure if that info is needed or not? When i do exercise i dont have a lot of endurance, i get shaky fast and have to take breaks ive always been in good shape and am just exercising more since i switched to a desk job instead of painting and needed to get some exercise in! The pain is in my joints my arms legs and between shoulderblades! I had been doing sooo well a month ago I almost had no pain?

I don't have LM 5 you haven't had me order that yet. Should I?

Hey Sameer I haven't received the LM5&6 in the mail yet. But I wanted to tell u that the pain in my shoulder blades is back more and I have flem in my throat I have to clear it all the time again!??

Hey Sameer I'm still waiting for the LM5&6 but I wanted to tell you what happened. So I have been doing really good with not eating anything with sugar for 4 days and I was feeling really good I don't remeber any pain. I don't know if it was the reason but last night for dinner I made a salad and the dressing had a little sugar in it and the nuts were coated in sugar and pepper. About 20 min after I ate I got a sharp throbbing/stabbing pain in my right thigh it would come and go the rest of the evening. I went to bed early but woke up at midnight and 3 with the pain mostly in my right thigh but sometimes in the left thigh also my joints in my hands and feet hurt and I couldn't get back to sleep??? I woke up really over heated and had to throw all the covers off?? We keep our bedroom cool at night?? The pain in my right thigh is pretty strong??

So it's been a little over a week. I have had pain but not as severe as before. I'm very irritable today and it makes me mad cause their is no reason for it? Though I will be getting my period soon. So maybe that's it! I have been trying to eat really healthy and trying to lose weight but it seems if I cheat even a little I gain 3 lbs in a day I have been doing really good food wise for 5 weeks only cheating very little but I can't seem to lose anything ??? I don't know if that means anything. I have always been really small and it was really easy for me to lose weight and I know it's harder the older you get but I didn't think it would be impossible!!!

Oh and something else that is weird I have been getting more and more allergic to one of my dogs we keep them very clean but if I touch the one with my arms or if he leans on me and touches my stomach I breakout in little bumps and it itches bad! The other dog is fine??? And it seems like the small little warts that I have, one on my arm one on my hand and one on my foot, have got a little bigger?

I usually do have more pain especially in my joints when the weather changes. My bowls are never normal sometimes I'm constipated sometimes its the opposite but I feel like I feel better after I don't really know???

I'm not sure I think more when we have more moisture in the air?? I feel like I have poison in me sometimes and I feel a little better after a bowel movement sometimes??? It does seem that my food isn't all digested a lot and lately my bowls are reddish!

Thanks Sameer I will have to order it. I just wanted to tell you that lately I have been having crazy hotflashes in the evenings!!

Hey Sameer so I ordered the 200c and they sent 200 ck is it the same?

Sameer so here is what's been happening. The first week I broke out on my back and face the pimples were sore. I also was constipated for like 4 days. The pain was very little except I have cramps in my feet which started before I took the dose? This week I got a yeast infection, I used to get them all the time but it has been years I can't seem to get rid of it either??:( the pain has come back the last few days between my shoulderblades and the wandering pain. I have had a lot more mornings without pain in my back when I wake up(which seems to be caused by gas and is better after I get up)?! This morning it was very slight! The yeast infection is wierd since I have not had one in years!! ????:(

Hey Sameer I also wanted to tell you that food gets stuck in my esophagus again it hurts half way down. Also the flem is back and I need to cough seems after I eat?? The cough hurts some??
