Sometimes with puss and sometimes only red. Throat problems are very normal to me. At the age of 14 I had very severe outburst of almost boil like pimples on my face(they were the first), they were only two but very huge¡K almost the diameter of a dime. With a lot of puss. I took homeopathic medicine which worked excellently and the huge pimples were gone. I left the medication within two months after which normal acne started. 31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatient¡Kand so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not , you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections. :
I can be extrememly angry, impatient, irrational etc but on the other hand I m just the opposite. Depends on the situation. I speak confidently when amongst known faces, else m hesitant. I love everything nice and beautiful.

I am sorry, I didn't look closely at this thread because I thought Nawaz was dealing with it on his thread.

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE.

You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide. Do not put all your complaints into each of the 7 questions. Discuss one problem at a time. If you have, for example, a headache with nausea, do each component separately too (what makes the head pain worse or better, what makes the nausea worse or better).

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
8. Describe your menstrual cycle

9. Also give these details

a) Body type and build
b) Skin colour and texture
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat

10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs

Thank you doctor for considering my request. Dr.Nawaz is not looking into my case. He has referred me to you. I have tried to answer the questions. Hope it will be ok

PROBLEM 1. ACNE and skin redenning
1. What exactly happens? Acne/pimples occur on face and back. Oily skin especially
nose and chin.

2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in
such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.

Very rarely, once or twice so far severe pain during periods. Rest of the times there’s a
very mild pain that too not often. No other specific painful sensation as such.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?

Right before I’m about to get my periods, pimples start surfacing on my face, first only as
a sensation then they develop a proper shape of pimples.

I do not take eggs at all but eggs have proven to worsen the situation in the past.

Also my digestive system is not good, sometimes I have trouble passing stool, but the
other day it becomes totally normal which makes it a confused situation.
4. What creates some relief for the problem?

I’d love to know what that thing is. Before I can recover from the pimples of last time’s
cycle, the next cycle of pimples start and it goes on. Sometimes the problem reduces but
it has not gone completely even for a week so far. Also no particular thing affects my
condition or so I have observed.
5. What triggers the problem into occurring?

My menstrual cycle triggers the problem and maybe my habit to take too much stress for
every small thing.
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?

It continues.
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did
some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

It started when I was 13-14 years old. It started with two huge pimples on my face, they
were the size of almost 2mm dia. It was an extreme case of skin problem and I used to
cry whole day because of that. I first took an allopathic suggestion but quickly shifted
to a family homeopath that helped great deal. With the medicine he gave, first there
was an increase in the pimples then they cleared all together completely. After almost 2
months I had to quit the medication. I had a nicotinamide gel given by my homeopath;

I used to apply that which helped the scars to go away. Then I started taking becozinc
and doxycycline as I’d realized that my skin’s not a normal one and it will follow the
hereditary problem. I stopped taking these medicines after two months as well. But
throughout school the problem persisted and it still does when I’m in college. Though the
condition is not extremely bad (though it sometimes get), it still troubles me. I spend a lot
of time thinking only about how to get rid of it.

Recently, last year in October, I consulted the best homeopath of new delhi who told me
to just continue with the medicine he gave me (he gives a combination medicine, 1 to be
taken morning and evening, the other to be taken in the afternoon and night. He writes
the prescription in code words so can’t really tell the medicines but one of them was
FLOWERS or so he wrote it as). He had asked me not to visit again as he was damn sure
he was right about the medication and asked me to reduce the medication after my skin
starts becoming better.

PROBLEM 2. COLD AND GENERAL THROAT PROBLEMS
1. What exactly happens?

It is strange that whenever I have to open my mouth to speak I have to clear my throat.
In fact I am so sure of my throat’s betrayal that I check if I’ll be able to speak clearly (I
murmur slowly to myself) before going for a presentation or a phone call. My throat is
sensitive and if I sing for a long time on trips etc or shout then it’s the worst. One of my
major problems. This is also hereditary.

2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in
such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.

Because of my throat, I sometimes have to stop drinking cold water. It makes speaking
not painful but a pain. Imagine not being able to take out a sound when you want to
because of your throat.

3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?

Speaking out loud, cold water.

4. What creates some relief for the problem?

Honey, basil, warm tea etc

5. What triggers the problem into occurring?

Cold water, bad weather, prolonged singing etc

6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?

It’s consistent.

7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did
some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

I think it persists since I was very young.

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your
life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or
physically.

Some personal problems in family. Some hopes and wishes which are not granted.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that
occur in your life.

I pray and think. That’s pretty much it.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your
disease.

My skin problem reduces my confidence level and makes me unhappy about it. I get
irritated because of it too. I do not want to hang out when there are times when even
make up can’t help me. Otherwise when I am in makeup (I generally am, thanks to my
skin) I am feeling good.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow,
especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the
disease evolved.

Must have been some issues concerning my family problems. Don’t quiet remember
though since it has been too long.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with
reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any
serious childhood diseases.

Childhood was great. I’ve always been adored by everyone in family and relatives.
School life was usual, carefree and fun.

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate

I hate anything with the smell of raw meat or eggs. I love oily food with cheese though I
avoid it to stay in shape.
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate

I crave for all refreshing drinks, shakes etc… I do not hate any drink as such.

3. What your sleep is like

Careless sleep. Given a chance, I can sleep for whole day but due to my work type, I do
not get much time to sleep. I sleep very very late at night. Then I never want to wake up
on time for college.
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you

If it is good weather, it makes me happy (good as in cold and rainy) but if it’s hot and
humid, I feel like escaping it and not doing anything.
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to

Dust and humidity. My skin always gets worse when I am travelling in trains, bus, car
etc. the blowing wind with dust particles combined with sweat makes my condition worse
and my pimples are bigger in such conditions.
6. What your general level of energy is like

Depends on the work. If it is something I like, I never get tired, but if it bores me, I get
tired pretty soon.
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like

I don’t have much idea about it but it must be like any other normal person. Actually
never thought of myself in sexual terms.
8. Describe your menstrual cycle

It seems very normal to me with 27-29 days cycle. Normal flow only.

9. Also give these details

a) Body type and build

Body gains weight quickly but I have managed to maintain 52-54 kg for my 5’6” frame. I keep a check on my weight. My built is athletic I guess. Definitely not lean.
b) Skin colour and texture

It’s fair and soft, oily texture.
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on

Underarms basically and the sweat is smelly. I’ve to use a lot of deodorant.
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine

sweat- undesirably bad

body- no smell

stool- smelly

urine- no smell

flatus- bad
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat

stool generally light but when I eat some specific fruit or vegetable like beetroot then it
takes that color which is but obvious.

Urine-pale yellowish

10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs

Injections are painful. Not a pro to medical drugs.

If you want me to clarify further I will do that later

Thanks and bye for now

Still some more information to collect yet.

Good homoeopaths do not give combination remedies. There is no homoeopathic remedy with the word 'flowers' in it. No homoeopath would avoid doing a follow up - this man is a psuedo-homoeopath and you wasted your money. I have seen completely untrained unqualified prescribers claiming to be the best homoeopath in the world - those claims are usually a sign of a very bad homoeopath.

How long did you take this medicine? What were the results?

1. When you state you have a pain, please describe the pain - what does it feel like, how could I imagine that same pain happening to me?

2. What makes the pains better, what makes them worse, what triggers the pains into occurring?

3. Explain how your throat 'betrays' you.

4. How were the personal issues in your family traumatic?

5. What hopes and wishes have not been granted?

6. Are you saying if you need to manage your symptoms, you only pray, you don't do anything about them?

7. So you had no worries, anxieties, or bad feelings at all in childhood? No fears, no negative things happened at all? No illnessess?

8. What is a 'refreshing' drink?

How long did you take this medicine? What were the results?

I took the medicine for about 3-4 months and I saw no specific results. The fluctuation in my
skin condition continued as usual. Sometimes more acne, sometimes less, sometimes big,
sometimes small this kept happening. Usually it happens in my case, sometimes my skin is free
of acne for a few days and then again I start getting them.

1. When you state you have a pain, please describe the pain - what does it feel like, how
could I imagine that same pain happening to me?

I don’t feel like doing anything at all when in pain. Sort of a cramp and I can feel my muscles
contracting.

2. What makes the pains better, what makes them worse, what triggers the pains into
occurring?

Tea generally makes the pain much better (both menstrual and throat ache), hot water bottle also
works for stomach ache. I think cold things aggravates the pain.

3. Explain how your throat 'betrays' you.

Sort of funny, how I’m unable to speak ‘clearly’ and ‘normally’ when there is something I ‘plan’
on saying. This is very typical of my throat problem. I have to clear my throat most of the time
and more so when I’m going to speak to someone important or in a presentation.

4. How were the personal issues in your family traumatic?

They make me feel sort of caged and a situation where there is no way out. For example
when there’s a growth opportunity overseas and we do not manage to get the visa, it is really
frustrating. My sister’s health problems are a big trouble too. I keep wondering whether or not
we’ll overcome it ever. But don’t think I am generally gloomy, this happens when I’m thinking
to myself. Rest of the time I’m having fun with family and friend with no negative thoughts. But
when the thoughts come, it’s a bad situation.

5. What hopes and wishes have not been granted?
There was this visa which was not granted.

I want lot of children around me, like my family to grow (my siblings to have babies) but that
is not happening. Its effecting me a lot as i keep on thinking about it. I see other people concieveing, having babies but no growth to my own family

6. Are you saying if you need to manage your symptoms, you only pray, you don't do
anything about them?

No no that was not about symptoms that were about wishes and needs.

About my symptoms I do everything weird or nice I don’t know. I apply different creams on my
face, face packs etc. I can quit cheese and sweets (chocolate I have already reduced because I
had read somewhere it is bad for acne/pimples) if you promise it will help

I’m fine with being hurt in a match and falling down on the road, I never bother about such
things. It’s just when my skin is bad, I am the most worried.

7. So you had no worries, anxieties, or bad feelings at all in childhood? No fears, no
negative things happened at all? No illnessess?
When I was a child which is like till the age of 8 or 9, I didn’t care about anything I guess. Later
on also I used to feel bad only when I used to see others sad. I forgot to mention, I don’t have a
good memory too.

As an infant i was diagnosed with hole in my heart but doctors said it will be ok once i grow up. And thankfully that problem is no more. I am normal now. I can run i can play i can do every thing now. Also I used to catch cold easily as a child but now thankfully I don’t fall ill that often.

8. What is a 'refreshing' drink?

A refreshing drink is one which soothes my throat when it’s yearning for a drink. I’d list all
beverages, shakes, cold water etc in ‘refreshing’ drinks.

Thanks for going so much in detail. I was really wondering that how deep you go into the case taking. I am really impressed :)

taurus0705 last decade
Haha that is only 2 steps in :) I am a very thorough case-taker - not everyone appreciates that approach.

Can you describe more on 'caged' and 'no way out?

What is the feeling of having no growth in your family? Tell me what effect this has, for a person to be unable to have growth?

So what is are the emotions that come when you think about your skin? What is your attitude to being a person with acne?

Can you describe the bad smell of the sweat more precisely?

Is the smell of your stool unusual in any way? How smelly?

Do you remember your dreams? Do you have any reoccurring dreams? Any images that reoccur in them?

brisbanehomoeopath last decade
That is really nice of you to take so much time out for people who are unknown to you. I really appreciate it a lot. Now thr answers to yor questions:

Can you describe more on 'caged' and 'no way out?

Yes, being caged for me is to be restricted for a feeling which I can enjoy like going oversees and exploring new places. Bringing up my sibling's kids as I adore kids. When I see such things happening so normally in others' life, it makes me blame my destiny and I only keep on thinking how can i make things work. Life looks like a struggle considering these things.

What is the feeling of having no growth in your family? Tell me what effect this has, for a person to be unable to have growth?

No growth basically refers to the delay in seeing the next generation, that feeling ...
As a person I feel deprived of the feeling of being an aunt, be like normal people who have such things to do in life like making feeder bottles and changing diapers, taking kids out on walk :) Any delay in a wish saddens me :(
Anything which worries my family, worries me. Be it somebody's wish to get married to someone, getting through a competition, etc

So what is are the emotions that come when you think about your skin? What is your attitude to being a person with acne?

That is worth a whole chapter or rather a book. I feel depressed, sad sometimes for my skin. I think If I'd have had a normal skin, then with my blessed complexion and features, I could have looked outstanding.
I think I have a nice face. people call it even beautiful but the fact that I cannot go out without putting on a cream to conceal my redness, makes me think it is all make believe.
Another thing is that i think it makes me waste time. I need time to get ready (around 10 minutes only for my face) which makes me late for classes etc.
I seldom thinks what if somebody wants to know how i look like without face powder :P
Thoughts keep crossing my mind.
Being an architecture student, I travel around a lot with my class. Traveling makes my situation worse which makes me conscious and my level of enjoyment is reduced (not killed though... i manage to have fun)
What I want is to be able to get up, have a bath or just wash my face and go out. No waste of time please :D (actually I wonder a lot about it)

Can you describe the bad smell of the sweat more precisely?

Bad smell is which is unpleasant if I do not take a bath after sweating. I use deodorant but still being closest to myself, I can feel that I perspire which leads to smelling.

Is the smell of your stool unusual in any way? How smelly?

No the smell is not unusual (or so I think being exposed only to my own ;) ) but yes it is the type which last for around 30 seconds after flushing.

Do you remember your dreams? Do you have any reoccurring dreams? Any images that reoccur in them?

Sadly I cannot remember my dreams that often. Very few dreams I've been able to narrate. Not very much of them i can recall.

That's it for now :)

taurus0705 last decade
What is the purpose of covering up your acne?

How does travelling make situation worse?

How is your enjoyment reduced?

Imagine a situation where someone would be caged with no way out. What image comes to mind - don't use your own life as an example, use something else.

What is the experience of being restricted?

Where else do you feel restricted in your life?

How does a person react to restriction?

If you were to think of an image for 'restriction' what immediately pops into your mind, no matter how silly?

Imagine now the opposite of 'restriction' - what image comes to mind, again no matter how crazy?

What is the purpose of covering up your acne?

The purpose is to feel confident and not feel awkward and embarrassed. I am too conscious of my looks and I do not want anyone to take notice of my acne ;)

How does travelling make situation worse?
The dust particles in the blowing wind aggravates my problem. This is a general observation. The skin becoems reddish and sensitive. it becomes too dry sometimes with flakes. I sometimes have dandruff on my eyelashes as well.

How is your enjoyment reduced?
Enjoyment is reduced because the time I'd rather spend making jokes and go about places is spent on thinking how to get rid of my acne. How to conceal them.

Imagine a situation where someone would be caged with no way out. What image comes to mind - don't use your own life as an example, use something else.
A person sitting on a chair with his hands tied behind him (movie influence).

What is the experience of being restricted?
Not being able to enjoy the beauty of any situation, weather or a moment completely. restriction means to follow what somebody else is ordering you to do, not doing what your heart says.

Where else do you feel restricted in your life?
I think not being able to go overseas to pursue further education and see what else is happening around the world.

How does a person react to restriction?
If the restriction has no way out, then the person succumbs. If a person can find a way out, he/she acts rebellious.

If you were to think of an image for 'restriction' what immediately pops into your mind, no matter how silly?

Everything boring and lifeless.

Imagine now the opposite of 'restriction' - what image comes to mind, again no matter how crazy?

Me being happy, lucky, free, smiling, dancing, jumping, singing, travelling.....

Ok I am back.

Can you tell me, what do you feel you have no freedom to do or experience in your life?

What creates in you the strongest feeling of freedom?

Can you tell me, what do you feel you have no freedom to do or experience in your life?

I feel sad, depressed... I do not feel anything else if I am not getting to do anything which I want to do. These things do not include academics but other regular roles in daily courses, from making a dish to eating the right peiece of the chocolate.

What creates in you the strongest feeling of freedom?

The strongest sense of freedom? Its a tough question. Well I think being out on a vacation and not having to worry about college work or anything would top the list.

Describe to me a bird flying in the sky.
a bird can cross oceans without beiong questioed about its identity.. it is free to go wherever it want to go..

One thing more i would like to tell is that now my skin other than pimples is looking very good and is glowing. May be Puls first increased the pimples and then did good to my skin. Thanks to doctor shouse-nsk for all your help

Ok wait and see how the Pulsatilla works for you.

Remember for the remedy to be correct, it must solve msot, if not all your problems mental, emotional and physical.

This case seems like it needs a bird remedy to me. I am having some difficulty working out which one though, so the time granted by using another remedy might be beneficial. We just need to be sure you don't suppress your symptoms.

Sir i dnt understood what you wrote. did u mean you will take some more time for selecting my medicine. what is bird remedy? if my answers are not right i will write something more for this. Will send you one note which i wrote when i was feeling depressed few days back. hope that would help

Please see the previous post as well. And then continue below

This is what i wrote as a note:

Dear Doctor,

I am currently having a bad skin situation. Rather the worst. I’m having clusters of pimples (yellow) on
my right cheek, chin and nose. I am not even feeling like going out or getting ready. I am suffering from a
depression. This is also triggered by the fact that I am having my periods.

Just so you know I can’t be happy if my skin is this bad. One request to you, please make sure that when
you are prescribing me a medicine, it doesn’t make the matter worse before it solves it. This affects my
normal life a lot.
