Chronic condition, please help

I'm hoping you can help, as I have lost faith in my homeopath and don't have any in the area for me to choose from. My last remedy was Ambra Gresia 10m and it seems to have made existing problems way worse.

As I awaken in the morning, the problem will start to creep up. I feel a crawling feeling around my eyes, like a mask, and start to get a mild shaky feeling, like electricity is running through me. I don't physically shake. My hands and limbs are rock steady. If I move my head quickly I get dizzy and lightheaded. But after repeated tests, my blood sugar is always normal, around 93-95. My A1C is 5.3, btw.

I have to eat or it will worsen and it literally becomes hard to move without feeling like I will fall over. If I eat a cold cereal breakfast, that will only make it worse. I need a hot meal. I make an eggs and sausage sandwich, but within an hour, the problem comes back. My eyes can't focus, I can't work on the computer and I feel like I need to just lie down.

My worst time of day is from 10 am to 3 pm, with the absolute worst from 11 am to 1 pm. I stagger to get lunch because it helps, for a little while. Again, it has to be a hot, heavy lunch. A sandwich with cold cuts won't do it. At best, it buys me an hour. I need a chunk of meat.

I get better as the day wears on, if by better you mean a diminishing of symptoms. I still can't be late for dinner or again it kicks in. Just not as severely. Once the evening begins, I am much better. I am clear-headed, more lucid, able to think clearly and less prone to feeling dizzy. By late night, 11 pm, I am wide awake and energized, which would be great if it was time for work.

Basically, my body clock is off by 12 hours.

Since taking the Ambra, my anxiety has hit astronomical levels. Today at 11 am I was suffering from the usual symptoms: trouble focusing, hyperventilating and feeling like cold air was coming up my wind pipe. Then I went to my car and it went nuts. Dizziness grew much more severe and hyperventilation increased.

It took another incredible force of will to get some food. I sat there playing Angry Birds on my iPhone while my system settled down, but the light meal ended up not being enough. Or maybe I played videogames too long. My eyes started to cramp again and the muscles under my jaw, in the chin area, started to spasm (as they often do when playing too much videogames).

In addition, I get severe anxiety before meeting someone now. I've had to take Rescue Remedy with me and it barely works. I had to meet with someone I was dreading facing and was hyperventilating all the way down the freeway. It felt like something pushing up from under my diaphragm. Not that I'd vomit, more like my stomach itself wanted to push up.

Also, I've developed a ridiculous hypersensitivity to heights. This was well before the Ambra. Last June I went to a meeting at a hotel on the 25th floor. We were a good 2000 feet up and I had so much trouble breathing right. It took a monumental effort to get through that meeting. I dismissed it as nerves, but since then it's happened again.

Several weeks ago, I had to meet someone I was apprehensive about, and I drove over a low mountain pass of 1,500 feet. I was hyperventilating like mad. Then, I recently drove from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, which requires going up to 4,000 feet and I had an incredible time. So bad I had to pull over, because I couldn't drive and my face was going numb. I called my homeopath, who assured me that there is no altitude sensitivity to be had at 4,000 feet, and I assured him I was feeling it.

This has me very afraid. My job normally requires travel. I can barely get in my car and drive to a local restaurant to get lunch. An airline flight right now might kill me.

As for the mentions of videogames, yes I play them too much. Well, one in particular. I suspect it is the cause of the vision problems through overuse and eye strain. I've cursed it and sworn I'd quit but never seem to. I've never been known to have an addictive personality but I have been known to not be able to just drop something and walk away. Major obsessive case.

I've had a lot of homeopathy. Very little has helped change this. In fact, it is worsening. So I hope someone can help. I'll mail you a picture if you require it.

Feel free to ask any quesitons and I will answer them ASAP.

I know I attempted to prescribe on the vertigo when you posted previously, with no success. I am still happy to pursue other options for you, unless you wish to try another practitioner. I would say that your case needs to be tackled from a different angle if you are getting such poor results.

Hi BH. It failed more due to me than anything on your end. I didn't follow up, etc. Maybe I wasn't ready, who knows. I won't waste time analyzing the past.

At this point, the problems have become pronounced and limiting, and also patently obvious that they are not physical. So going to a doctor won't fix a thing. My ansewr lies here. Hopefully.

So how may I assist you in finding the answer?

I am going to look through your case and see if there are any questions that need to be answered further.
