Sepia and Nat Mur are very close to each other. In my experience in cases where some relief is achieved by Nat Mur but not complete, Sepia will work.

The other thing is that anger towards you cousins and parents for the way they raised you appears to be a key symptom. This is found in the Sepia person and not Nat Mur.

Sepia also has extreme menstrual pain. Nat Mur does not.

These are a couple of things I was looking at amongst many others.

I apologize for not responding. I was busy with work all day. Sepia does in part cover those symptoms. In my experience there is no such thing as a remedy that will match all symptoms.

and to vitamin i dont think you should think that the remedy that fits another would fit you

you need to go to another forum and ask around or go to a homeopath

I agree - remedies do not cover everything, they only need to cover what is important, what the real problem is. As long as they do that, they will remove what is stimulating even those other less important symptoms.

Can you promise me that you will start to walk daily? You will be amazed how it will help with the majority of your symptoms. I have suffered from some depression myself. I began to take aikido a number of years ago when I was in
Med school. This virtually eliminated my depression and I never had to take any remedies. Neither allopathic nor homeopathic. Exercise works wonders.

Aikido is a martial art that has the philosophy of not resisting violence. You accept it and blend with the attack thus defending yourself

Please google it. The philosophy has helped me in avoiding the problems with being antagonistic.

BTW this is the art that Steven Segal practices. I believe he is a 7th Dan (degree) in it.

the most they get is 30c or remedies

If someone would take a remedy, would a 30c potency be less harmful than lets say a 10m potency... In case the remedy which was taken isnt the similimum? Or is there no difference?

Please understand that based on how deep rooted your symptoms are I recommended the high potency. If you are not satisfied with this you are more then welcome to seek advice from some other Homeopath and do what you like.
