I would like you to get the medicine AURUM METALLICUM 200c. I will give instructions on how to take it.
INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING
Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules or 2-4 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.
Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).
Place 1 drop into an amount of water - I would begin by using 1/4 cup (62mls). Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.
This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.
Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).
Just take one dose to begin with, then report to me in about 5 days to let me know what has happened.

Sir, I have bought the dosing bottle prepared as you instructed. I take first dose last night. The dose was very much diluted and i did not notice much different from water with this dose.
And in the last night, another nightly discharge occur. it is not completely watery. but after that the same weakness and tiredness returns. I was feeling energetic before that.

There should be an aggravation at first - a worsening of your normal symptoms, or a return of old symptoms from the past.
Aggravation will usually start within the first 3 days of the dose, peak at 3-5 days after that dose, and usually begins to diminish by the end of the first week. The second week typically is where you will start to see the real benefit of the remedy.
Not everyone works according to this schedule of course - some people move faster, and some move slower.

Sir, I want to know about the medicine because when I take it, it taste me like normal water. It was not taste like the homeopathic medicines I took ago. Just like normal water. Is it OK?
Another question is that, Can you tell me what you diagnose from my symptoms.

You only tasted the alcohol in other homoeopathic medicines, not the actual medicine itself. That taste has nothing to do with the power of a homoeopathic medicine.
What kind of diagnosis are you looking for?
