I ended up taking the 200c and started feeling less pressure after almost 10mins

So far this is day 4 of my cycle and no naprogesic has been taken

Just an update.

I woke up this morning feeling so tired and weak and just the pressure of my cycle. Ended up taking a dose, cause I just couldn't go to work. After taking the dose I did start feeliing better.

Im on day 6 and my period is still red, it has lighten but not as much as it would of been if I had taken the naprogesic. I think it would be brown by day 6. I'm feeling pretty tired again - I think from all the blood I lost. I guess when I took naprogesic it didn't make me bleed as much as this cycle I have not taken it. So am going through the cycle natural.

So that is where I am at. Its all normal for now, but just the weakness I am feeling more this cycle. But thats obviously because I have not taken any pain killers and my body is trying to fight it on its own.

Im just hoping I dont get any worse while being at work

Hi David,

Woke up feeling okay today and not so weak and my period looks like they are coming to an end.

So no naprogesic taken this cycle....Yayy!! I perhaps suffered a little bit, but still happy I had the will power and the kreos definitely helped.

Will keep you posted with my progress and hopefully mid month pain is better than last month

Update on me

I do believe that I'm ovulating today. I just dont feel great.
Symptoms I'm feeling: nauseous, achy lower back pain and whole body, tender on my left ovary and just lethargic and tired.

Hi David,

I woke up feeling not that great this morning but after moving around I started to feel better. Over today I felt okay. I think the ovulation pain is over.

I am feeling a lot tired lately though and graving sugar just to gain some energy. Could that be an aggravation perhaps or maybe just low iron from the loss of blood? Not a big concern I guess

No I haven't repeated the remedy, the last dose was taken on the 24th April

Should I repeat?

Update on me. Actually I am still ovulating. I just got some clear/light yellow discharge. My body feels like it has a cold and I'm still feeling really tired.

My ovaries are a bit tender but not so bad

I was feeling pretty good up until this morning. Reason being because of intercourse

I woke up feeling so sore all over my body, but particarly around my lower abdomen. I'm also feeling nauseous too.

I'm guessing this part of my endo is still a problem

I just find it amazing how I can feel on top of the world and down in the dumps the next day

What do you think?

Hi David,

I woke up at 430am with a bit of pain, but didn't think much of it. I started feeling better when I started walking around. Anyhow, I'm now spotting and I'm not due til next Saturday, so I'm a week early.

I really thought I was starting to get on track again.

What do you think?

Do you think my emotional side is affecting my endo too? I've been a bit in my head lately. Have been having some family problems and just worrying about my son a lot.

I just can't seem to control my negative thoughts as much as I would like too.

But have been seeing improvement with my endo pain though.

sensitive to what people say to me, thinking wrong of others and bad mouthing people, yelling to my husband a lot....very anxious, disagreeing with people. Just not very happy in general and also weepy

I guess you could say im feeling depressed and anxious

Lack of interest of going out, i rather be in doors.

But also I've been very angry. Angry for doing more around the house. Angry with certain family members for not being there for me and angry that I stopped breast feeding My son. Angry with my husband for not pulling his weight

I'm also craving a lot of sugar lately and tea.

David, I was pretty upset on the weekend and took a St Johns Wort Vitamin......can this interfee?

I've been spotting brown discharge since Saturday, the brown discharge increased today but still brown but my back is suddenly really sore. It feels really stiff.

I was on Sepia 200 with the last homeopath. I think i was taking to much of it though. I was taking 5 drops directly in the tongue everyday.

Would you like me to try it again under your instructions?
