Impetigo in 5 year old

Hello, my daughter has this and it started with chapped, cracked lips. She got a blister in the corner of her mouth and now has red spots that are crusting over all over her chin, one cheek and in the corner of her eye...almost like a stye. Now, it is on her chest. She it very itchy. I don't see any oozing. At first I didn't know what it was and used calendula cream which helped it dry out but now that it has spread, I don't know what to do. Any help is appreciated!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You have mentioned Impetigo and I would like to know if this was a doctor's diagnosis or otherwise.

If so what was the prescribed drug?

Not a doctor's diagnosis...just mine after searching internet and reading symptoms and seeing pictures.

Just as I thought.

In a case like your 5 year old daughter, you cannot take a chance and you must consult a specialist in skin diseases as the average GP is not qualified to diagnose a problem like her's.

If indeed she does suffer from Impetigo, she must use an antibiotic to kill the offending bacteria as Homeopathy alone cannot help.

You can however start her on Arnica 6c in the Wet dose as per instructions below:

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in a 5ml Alcohol pack aka Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

The remedy water should also be applied directly on her lesions to hasten their resolution as often as possible.

The Antibiotic should be taken orally and the cream if any should be used topically.
