possibly Lumbago
Hi,I have been suffering from lower back pains extending to left leg since quite sometime now but yesterday while picking up my kid (3yrs) to place her in the buggy i got a sudden acute pain in my back and i couldnt move for a good 2mins...after a while i was able to walk back home but with continuous pain in the lower back...came back home, took a painkiller and applied volini. The doctor says it looks like a lumbago and has suggested painkillers for a week. Is there any homeopathic medicine i can take for it and to prevent it from occuring again? A friend of mine had 2-3 episodes of this and today he is suffering from slip-disc. I dont want to reach that situation. Please help!!
I live in germany, climate is pretty cold these days, 33yrs. old, 5'1' in height.
Rgds,
