since last 1 month i am feeling constipation,pain in shoulders,little irritation and pain in joints,little hardwork makes me tired.please advise

Thanks for reply,Dont feels fresh after coming from toilet,feels irritation n blocked stomach whereas my food habits are good avoids greasy takes an apple daily,diet is also very little.use to eat something after every 3-4 hours.avoids maida prefers green vegetables.

Sir,since begining myself archana is following your advise my husband vinay is being advised by dr.kadwa.he is quiet satisfied .presently i would request you to advise me as early as possible b cause i couldnt sleep yest.due to cough,pain in head (r)was also there sometimes piece of cough comes out.waiting for ur reply.

Sir,mostly while lying down cough starts n sometimes during work.at the time cough comes a piece of small sputom comes out.
Having many hom.med.at home like-arsnic,brynia,rus tox,nux,lyco,cal,kali,burb.vul.sulpher,and many med.prescribed by u and dr.kadwa to my husband.
