i also feel tremendous anger at my body for what i feel is a betrayal - my breasts which are so painful and sore, and i feel their discomfort all day long, especially when i remove my bra - i feel like ripping them off of me. and my shoulders and arms, i am so angry that i feel so much soreness for a task so easy and mundane like picking up a laundry basket. things i feel are so much harder for me than the next person.

my sexual life with my husband though is very healthy and rewarding. we have no problems at all and are both very happy and satisfied with our sex life. it's as if when we are together all our problems disappear and i don't feel any pain on a subconscious level, or any pain in my breasts or other parts of my body that prevents me from enjoying our sex life.

The remedy I would like you to get is Sanguinaria canadensis 200c.

The most obvious thing to me about your case is the pattern you display - Hiding, Secretiveness, Shame, Guilt, Avoidance. This clearly shows what we call the Sycotic miasm in homoeopathy. The feeling that others are 'two-faced' is a projection of these feelings outwards on to others.

So to find the remedy, I ask myself what you hide, what you avoid, what do you keep secret?

This seems to be Pain, Suffering, Agony. Your life appears to revolve around Avoiding Pain. This leads me to the Papavaracea plant family, and to the Sycotic member of that family - Sanguinaria (Bloodroot).

It is very common for people needing remedies from this group to use painkillers or other kinds of techniques (meditation, acupressure) to palliate any little pain they have.

Symptoms of Sanguinaria:

Great weakness and prostration
Flushes of heat
Breasts sore and enlarged
Amenorrhea with hectic flushes of heat
Irritable, morose, grumbling
Cannot tolerate the presence of people
Desires sweets

INSTRUCTONS FOR SPLIT DOSING

Firstly, you need to create a separate dosing bottle. Get a bottle with a dropper, 15-30mls in size, and fill it with a mixture of water and alcohol (5 parts to 1 part). Dissolve 2-4 granules or 2-4 drops of the medicine you bought from the pharmacy into this mixture. Your doses will be made from this bottle.

Hit the bottle firmly against the palm of your hand, or another elastic surface like a book. It should be a firm hit not a tap. 2 hits is enough to begin with, and should not be increased unless it is clear that it is needed. The water in this bottle will 'remember' the number of times you have hit it, so that subsequent doses will be stronger (necessary to overcoming the resistance of your disease).

Place 1 drop into an amount of water - start with 1/4 cup (62mls). Stir thoroughly and take 1 teaspoon into the mouth. Throw the rest of the cup away.

This is one dose. Repeat doses would be started from the 2 hits on the bottle.

Each step of this process can be adjusted to reduced aggravation or to increase the effect of the medicine. In order to be able to do this, it is important to measure each step (count the hits, the drops, measure the water etc).

Take one dose only and let me know after about a week how things have gone.

I had mentioned in some previous posts that I was given sanginara 200 & lechesis 200 for my hot flashes & night sweats. This was approx in aug of this year. These rermedies were very helpful & my stubborn warts also cleared up soon afterward. I stopped taking them b/c now I am cycling for the past few months & thought they were only for the menopausal symptoms. Should I restart both remedies?

No you must only take one remedy at a time. Never mix two together.

Take a single dose of Sang 200c and tell me what happens. I suspect if it did not cure you last time either the Lachesis was interfering, or the potency was not correct.

We need to work through this in an orderly fashion to work this out.
