pls help

my sister is having a probem
of anus well i exactely dont know what it si?
the problem is near the anus
there are three round shape
white patch just like white mucus membrane and the discharg is like white phlegm
and watery.
pls sir can u diagnose what is it?
she never had any problem of constipation or pilesi dont
think its warts maybe it is fistula.
pls help me to diagnose it.
