seronegative arthritis... Dr please help me out...

I am Faiza.
I can not make a fist when It get up in the morning.
As time passes by, I gets loosen.
I have swelling, stiffness in my finger.
It gets even more swelling when I use my finger to do something.
Also I have difficulty bending my knee.
I have also swelling and pain in my upper heel.

I have been using
Ruxtox 30
Calcium phos 6x
for the last 1 month
But it didn't work.

Dr says I got seronegative arthritis.

My blood test are as follows;

RA factor...... Negative
Uric acid ...... normal
HB...... 8.9
