21 year old. Huge fall. Back pain.
Hello everyone. Im 21 years old and today i was walking and badly on my back. :It really hurts me in the lower part, some kind of pain at the end of the spine. When i fell, i couldnt breathe for 15-20 seconds then it got better but the pain is awful.
It doesnt hurt too much when I walk but rather when i sit and worse when i lie down. I still have some diffoculty in breathing but not all the time n i feel sleepy i dont know if its related...
1 hor after the incident, i took one dose of arnica 200c. Is it fine? Should i keep taking it? Or should i change the remedy? Plz im getting very worried.

Oh thank you but I realised that i di get hurt on the tip of the spine but when im trying to touch now it doent hurt there it hurts on the left side of the bum on the upper side... Is rhus tox still okay?
