Anxiety problem, urgent

Hello Doctors,
Please suggest me some remedies:
I am 35 years old mother. I am not able to take any bad news. Whenever I hear any bad news I keep on thinking about it and become restless all the time and cannot sleep the whole night too. I am mostly a sad person and passimistic person. I have lack of confidence too. I think I can do nothing in my life. I cannot take any challanges in life. I had anxiety problem few years back as well and used to take antidepressents but of not much help. When I quit the antidepressents I was okay for few years but again its recurring. I cannot see or hear about a death of any persons, specially closed ones and of any depressed persons or long time sick persons. Please help me get rid of this ridiculous disease. I am on lycopodium 30 C right now but it seems not much help on my case. Should I have to wait sometime to see its effect or can I change the remedy. Its been 2 days I have taken 3 dosage of Lycopodium.
