Dr. nawaz, Please help me

Dear Doctor,
I described my symptoms in one of the thread “Severe pain in both feet’’ which I created earlier but I guess you were too busy or forgot to check it
So here, I am once again writing my complaints, please go through my problems and help me diagnose it and give me some suitable medicines as I have been going through these excruciating symptoms for 3 years now and I really need your help

9. List of your complaints
1) Problems caused by Over masturbation
2) Painful ejaculation
3) Painful erection
4) Severe pain on the bladder area which joins with the penis(I don't know what we call it, my anatomy is really poor but it’s the lower portion of penis where it joins with the bladder), sometimes in the penis, irritability around the anal area(it used to happen in the past but not anymore)

I mostly suffer with this pain after ejaculation and I believe I am also suffering with “Premature ejaculation” as it doesn’t take me much time to reach the climax and my semen discharges from my body lot earlier then it should, I also get aroused even seeing a little seductive things, there is an urge to masturbate whenever I see something arousing or seductive


5) Ejaculations make things worse for me. Whenever I ejaculate, a lot of energy is depleted from my body and it takes me quite a time to recover. Usually these symptoms last for 1-2 weeks, the first 2 days (after the ejaculation) are the worst as I feel weakness, inexplicable pain which is usually in the area near the bladder and the thighs adjoining the bladder area, apart from the weakness and pain.

I stay lethargic most of the time, my communication is also affected knowing that I stutter(stammer) while talking to the people(especially to the strangers)

When things start recovering a little bit, I start feeling pain with the erection; it feels like if my body is rejecting the idea of erection as this pain is also connected with my stomach, pain isn’t on/in penis but on the area of the bladder and belly just below the penis.

I feel something is stretching/pulling my stomach toward the bladder area, it is accompanied by
the severe weakness and the pain in my thighs.


6) Urine color is dark yellow with uric acid in it, it used to get completely colorless after ejaculation in the past, but now that's only sometimes(as it rarely happens now), i feel burning sensation with my urine (only when I haven’t ejaculated for sometimes and my erection is recovered and painful)

7) Because of this disease and the medicines that I have been taking for all these years, my digestive system is also severely affected, my body is not properly utilizing the nutrients that I am taking from the food. There is also a fairly bad reaction to some of the food items(mostly aphrodiasic and inflammatory) like tea, Carbonated beverages and etc.

I would like to shed more light on digestive system which is fairly connected with my urogenital problems but i don't have the right words to convey it, it's just that I start drinking milk or take vitamin supplements(mostly from food and juices) to help me heal quickly and initially it does help me to heal quickly but when the erection gets better I feel pain which I have described before, also there is sometime discharge with the urine


8) I used to contract diarrhea sometimes with the excessive ejaculation, last year I was hospitalized for 5 days because of dehydration and that was due to the excessive ejaculation, can you believe that?

Although I rarely get diarrhea now, but I do feel irritability at my rectal portion sometimes (usually for first 3-4 days after the ejaculation)

9) My cognitive abilities are also declining, my memory has become week, I stay lethargic most of the time (sometime I even don’t know what’s going on around me) I feel stoned(I have never done drugs in my life, I have smoked cigarettes occasionally but never did drugs or drank alcoholic beverages) so it effects my learning and working ability, My communication power as I mentioned before is effected during the recovery time(i.e after the ejaculation till the time when I feel pain with the erection)


10) My physical appearance is changed alot as I am aging prematurely, my hair are getting thinner, I have looks of a fragile and tired face with dented cheeks,there are strange reddish marks(they are not acne and I have never suffered with acne in my whole life), there are Big eye bags and dark circle to welcome me when I see myself in the mirror, overall things have changed a lot for me in the last 2-3 years and it also effects my confidence level and self esteem…people also notice me due to my appearance and affected communication

I have been suffering with these complaints for last 3 years, some I have developed late

16. What exactly is happening?

I am suffering with different side effects caused by over masturbation, I think my body’s hormonal level is disturbed and it’s severely effecting me to live a normal life

About 3 years ago, I started noticing symptoms like seminal emission,week erection and urinal discharge as I felt something was coming out with urine especially for 1-2 days after the ejaculation, I didn’t take it seriously and ignored it, thinking it would go away with time, but instead it keep getting worse.

After 6 months, my symptoms reached to a whole new level as I started experiencing excruciating pain and discomfort after ejaculation, during and after erection.

Initially I went to a homeopathic practitioner who put me on some treatment including Ashwaganda and other medications but it didn’t do much for me.( perhaps because I didn’t stop masturbating even in those days). When I didn’t find the answer from a him, I thought it would be better for me to look into other options.

I finally came to a conclusion that I should see the conventional and allopathic doctors, it’s then I started seeing allopathic doctors(some urologists and physicians). Earlier on, my urologist diagnosed that it’s just an inflammation in the bladder and there is nothing wrong with my prostate, he prescribed me some antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines which I took for about 3-4 weeks which didn’t heal me, when i went back to see him, he said it could be “Chronic prostatitis(non bacterial) as there was nothing appearing in my tests/reprtos(Urine exam, blood test & Ultrasound) and gave me some more antibiotics to take, which I took for almost 1 month and still didn’t see any sign of improvement.


Not getting any help from him,I went to see another doctor (general physician) who completely ruled out the chances of Chronic prostatitis saying that I am too young to be suffering with something like chronic prostatitis especially when I never had an intercourse in my life, he said, ‘there might be something wrong with the nerves in the Perineural area” and put me on some sedatives(alprozolam) and painkiller ,I took them for a while, they did help me to relax but didn’t improve the symptom….

17. How do you feel?

I feel very week, pessimistic , sad, old, depressed and tensed almost all whole time, I believe nothing is going to cure me as no medicine has helped me in the last 3 years

I am emotionally very disturbed and it has also effected my confidence level, I sometime even find it difficult to communicate with the people properly

19. What comes to your mind?
I stay pessimistic the whole time, I sometimes even think that there is no reason to live if I am suppose to live like this forever.

I lost my mother when I was only 8 years old

21. How did that feel like?
It was probably the worst thing that ever happened to me as I when I try to recall, I can’t remember much about her, I didn’t get to know her. She used to stay sick in the last 3-4 painful years of her, so she couldn’t give me the attention that I believe if I would have got, I would have been a whole lot of a different person

Terrified, emotionally broken, not knowing what’s going to happen to me and my family

I am very pessimistic person and seldom take any risk in my life, I am also a little impatient and can easily become tense for little things, I am afraid of the future, I have been in love for once and I couldn’t tell her for almost 2 years.

32. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& Amelioration (Decreases)

The symptoms are usually aggravated by the over masturbation, aphrodiasic foods and summer season,
In past, sedative medicines and an orange drink(Vitamin C) used to help relax my condition a little bit but they don’t really work much for me anymore

My urine color is mostly dark yellow as I described earlier
