Help with 4 year old falling down alot and other stuff

Hi there. My almost 4 yr old who is usually a fleet footed gazelle (from 10 months of age) is covered with bruises, scratches, you name it he's falling down stairs, off of things, banging into things that he normally would never do.

Born Sept 17, 2001, homebirth, no interventions, unvaccinated, no circ. still breastfeeding once in awhile.

We just went through whooping cough in spring- 100 days have come and gone and we're still coughing a bit every day.

- bowel movements have always been and still are fine - 2-4 a day.
- dry cough still through the day and night, usually just after falling asleep and a few times in the night
-too much exertion causes dry coughing fit
-he's a very active child
-never had tv until whooping cough, after 2 months we cancelled the tv again, now just 1 pooh bear movie as we wean off it.
-ice cold foods cause coughing fit
- rolls around the bed ALL night long, falls out of bed, lately sleeping on stomach with bum in air, we cosleep so he sleeps with his dad or I
-more often then not has and still does wake in a crappy mood, especially if we are already upstairs.
-does not like covers of any kind in bed.
- has always and does love water but does not like to go under the water when in the pool-will dump water on his own head though just lately
-was ok to jump in with water wings on in deep inground pool where we went in town at rec centre, in our pool clings to dads neck but not visibly frightened.
-has always been easy happy go lucky kind sensitive child- now everything is a drama/crying/whining constantly
-will still take his vitamins, flax oil, dha etc. acidophilous without fuss.
-has always been articulate and easy to understand when speaking-lately it's like he has marbles in his mouth and he's almost stammering a bit
-bites finger nails alot but doesn't pick his nose much anymore
-complains recently of hands and legs(calves he points to) being 'stiff' or sore when he wakes up, doesn't want to climb stairs or hold onto anything.
-has dairy issues-loves it but milk and yogurt used to make him loose bowel function and pee the bed plust behavioural, now just behavioural-he melts down and cannot cope, screams yells in a tantrum-not something he does. remove dairy- tantrums are gone.
-we use maple syrup and our own honey, no sugar in house, sometimes a muffin or bagel when out but no pop, chips, ice cream etc.
-his baby sister is almost 8 months
-when she was 3 wks old he fell and cut his head open needed 5 stitches
-visit chiropractor regularly
-i'm stay at home mom, we live in the country, his dad is around alot, we don't fight at all, we bicker once in awhile only, mostly a stress free life give or take financial stuff and the scary whooping cough, we don't argue or fight

I'm wondering if any of this jumps out at anyone, he's definately in need of some balancing, and I'm about to lose my mind. We are clashing so badly and I feel like I'm yelling at him all the time which I've never done. Our homeopath is on maternaty leave and I don't have a replacement.

Thank you so much for listening. I would so appreciate some ideas.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If he sleeps on his stomach , with the bum in the air he needs
medorrhinum 30c once a day for a week- NO MORE.

interesting... the homeopath gave him Med 1M last september and it put him into a full med state... I mentioned it to her after 3 days and after a week I said NO REALLY, FIX THIS! This sweet child was screaming, yelling, pulling wings off flies, oh my he was out of control. She antidoted with Ipec 200c. and eventually everything returned to normal. Also interesting is that she has pegged this as MY constitutional remedy and he's been still nursing periodically...this remedy turned me around emotionally during my recent pregnancy with my daughter... has me thinking now.

thank you very much

also just thinking about the med 1m she gave him last sept...at the time he had a dry cough that had gone on for a month and he picked his nose all the time. although the remedy sent him out of control, the cough and the nose picking disappeared. when she antidoted, the cough and nose picking returned. he also got sick with a cough again this last january (he rarely got sick as a toddler). AND he presently still has the dry hack left over from whooping cough that should have been gone by now. Definately respitory. I will keep track of what happens this week.

thanks again
