Stress and anxiety since am overburdened
I need help with anxiety and stress. I am overburdened currently with working on my studies. Final year - Last two months. Spouse not helping and has shut me out financially and emotionally. I am encouraged to find my own resilience in this challenging situation.I am usually a happy person and do not lose challenges easily, but current life situation is imbalanced.
Till I find my respite or go to a psychotherapist for further help,I need to develop resilience for stress, be less prone to anxiety given the situation and develop a calm mind for doing my studies.
Also, am irritated with inaction and have problems with delayed gratification.
Thank You
