Problem due to genetic problems
what are the remedies for the treatment of the diseases specially auto immune diseases resulting from the disorders due to genes .like hla b27 resulting in inflammatory arthritis

Homoeopathy isn't done this way. We don't have remedies for specific types of physiological conditions. Any remedy is selected on the basis of what is peculiar and individual for the patient. This means that for a named disease, any of our 5000 remedies might be indicated, and 100 patients with the same medical diagnosis might all need completely different remedies.
This is party because we rely heavily on the general, emotional and mental symptoms for prescribing, and such characteristics tend to be unique to the individual not the named disease. We look at disease very broadly, affecting all levels of a person, so our prescriptions are made on that basis, looking at every aspect of their health and life.
It is allopathic medicine that classifies all patients with a named condition in the same way. Homoeopathy is the opposite of Allopathy in almost every way.
In terms of genetic diseases, Hahnemann already determined that miasms are responsible for that kind of 'bad inheritence'. As long as miasmatic prescribing is used, such conditions can be dealt with.
In diseases where the structure of the body was altered, especially during childhood, it will usually be impossible to reverse it. However, while children are still growing, homoeopathy can create substantial changes.

yes , selection of right remedy and disease growth will determine the cure or relief to the patient.

However it is true, that orthodox medicine, as slaves to the pharmaceutical industry, work tirelessly to keep as many people in the dark about homoeopathy as they can. They wish to keep them in the dark about anything that can perform real healing, as they do not want patients to wake up to what they are doing (great harm and often evil).
In some countries this is worse than others, such as the United States or Australia. In some countries like France, Holland, England it is still quite common for people to use homoeopathy. I agree it is not enough though.
