Today I am feeling really good with less back pain the reason yesterday for having intercourse and today I have constipation and an unbearable flatus. Also the urine is dark with high odor.
It seems Sulphur is working good for me.
Please do suggest me

No need to take any remedy. Sulphur should not be repeated often.

Today I have bodily pain and also back pain is terrible. Vision as if going thro a mist walking in sun makes dam tired than earlies, urine is very dark, persisting sour taste immediate after taking food, tea, and also in general.

Last week during the course of medicine I went for a trip for two days and on saturday and I had sour vomiting and sour loose motion and today I have the back pain, dark colored urine and also eczema in hand,knees and foot joints. when taking any sweet i have sour taste.

I found my mouth is inflamed and it is burning while eating food,
Urine color has also changed to dark again.
unrefreshing sleep tired in the morning than sleeping at night has to wait for half hour due to sluggish feeling aversion to work
Not able to conentrate and absent minded
Pain in the limbs feeling as if nerves were pulled on opposite direction.

if driving scooter cant sit on seat buttocks muscles are painful
