urine control problem

I am 38 male, un-married, I my my father has problem of unable to hold urine, he feel urine frequently in almost every hour. Dr did not find anything, prostate size is normal.

he is diabetics and blood pressure problem, but both are controlled.
Serum Creatinine Level is 1

Please suggest me some remedy so that he can control urination as normal.
