Hi Doctor i am india 47 years of age ,the erection of my penis is not so hard as it used to be some years ago and other problem is that after having first sex during night if i want to have sex in the morning penis erection is very little plz prescribe effective homeopathy medicine as they dont have side effectsazaan0786 on 2012-04-09

U can find it anywhere in India. Collect pure Germany medicine which is the best quality medicines at now. Can use SBL medicine as far as I have seen it is also casually comparable quality medicine with German made medicines.
Precautions,
Do not take tea and coffee or smoke before or after 1 hour of that medicine.
Do not have foods that constipates u.

Hello Doctor Sorry to trouble u I just to know is it Yohimbium Q or Yohimbinum Q and the other one Sebal Serru Q I tried one homeopathy shop but they were not available i will again try at other homeopathy shops If they are not available then what are its substitutes / what are other alternatives for me what do u recommend then for me Thanks

Yohimbium and Yohimbinum both are same and correct. Sebal Serru is the other medicine.
There is no alternative medicine will work so fast and perfectly for u like those medicines.

Hello Doctor I have been taking yohimbinum Q and Sabal Serru Q for the last 15 days My wife is at her parents house so i could not check whether sexual life has improved or not but apparently i didnt find any improvement I expereince erection in the morning but not rock hard erection For the last 3 days i am feeling pain in my right arm i dont know the reasons may b during sleep I have been facing financial crisis & my children are not doing well I dont know whether these things are affecting my sex life

To realize improvements about 1 month u have to take those remedies. When the damage of tissue is deeper than they often takes more time to heal or cure the problems.

Thanks Doctor I will continue with the medicines u prescribed for me till the desired results are achieved But what about the pain i feel in my right arm even if i cough i feel pain in right arm i dont know the reasons.Has it happened during my sleep on one side or due to these medicines because I have never ever any history of such pain what should i do ? Awaiting for your advice
