over masurbation issue..
Hi.. Im 25 years old and i started masturbating from the age of 13?and now when i masturbate.. my penis looks very week form two months and no harder erection.and also suffering frm premature ejeculation..even sometimes it dont get erect wwhen i wanted it to.and also dark circles around my eyes...is there any permanent cure to it because now i realise how dangerous masturbation is for ones health...i dont masturbate now. what should i do now? can i live a normal life again ? plz sugget me any medicane which are available in pakistan...
