The ABC Homeopathy Forum
What does this mean?
Hello,If you find temporary relief of your symptoms while you are on homeo medication, what does that mean?
I am on Silicea 30C for gum infection (and loose tooth) on advice of Mr.
Varma. Mr. Varma is in Bombay now and does not seem to be able to access his e-mail. As I am waiting for his reply, I thought I try here for some possible explanation here on this board.
I am taking Silicea 4 times a day. As soon as I take the medicine my gum seems to tighten up making my tooth a bit strong. Within two hours my gum tissue loosens making my tooth loose. It repeats evertime I take the med.
Any insights will be helpful
Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Two things come to mind,
The potency is not high enough and should be increased, 200c or 1m or even higher, Second, the remedy is only a partial similum and the case needs to be retaken as it is the wrong/only partial remedy. Silica is a deep acting and a slow to act remedy, it should not be taken daily in any potency.
