Remedy for rapid linear progressive

recently, on my wife's doctor advice i carried out semen analysis and its report shows that i have very low rapid-linear-progression.

[semen count]
total count --- 59mill/ml
live count --- 28mill/ml
sperm per ejaculate --- 207mill

[motility]
percentage motile sperm --- 48%
rapid linear progression --- 02%
slow/non lin progression --- 50%
non progressive --- 48 %

kindly advise me what i should do to increase my speed/motility. anyone can recommend me some remedies. is rlp can increase or not?

Please try to use the following three medicines:

1. Asgwagandha-Q
2. Damina-Q
3. Avena stiva-Q

10-15 drops each three times a day after taking meal not at empty stomach. Get report after using 4 weeks of the above medicine.

Thanks Dr. Mahfooz sb. I also discussed my case with my family doctor, he is general physician and practicing both homeopathy and allopathy. He prescribed me tribulus terrestris Φ 10 drops in morning and read about Tribulus it is a good remedy for increase testosterone. Now what is your suggestion will I continue Tribulus or use your prescribed medicines?
