ED, Low testosrerone, and High Lipids

Hi,
I am Usman 28y old Male single From Pakistan.
I am facing problems abt. my sexual life from 7 to 8 years
low libido
lack of erections or soft erections no night and morning erections
early ejaculation
Recently i went to indocronologist he advise me some tests.
my lipid level is high
Total testoterone and
Free testosterone is very low it is 3.2 pg/ml
my dr. advise me to take testoterone Replacement Therapy but iwant to
cure by homeopthy first
so plz. adise me what should i do
