PTK 87 is not my advice (in fact i dont know what is PTK 87, i dont prescribe combination stuff). Your problem is chronic in nature and need to tackle in a specific path. Your try! On any remedy coming in the post will be of no use to you and will hamper the process of treatment. Chronic cases take some time to achieve result since there is no MAGIC in homeopathy. Until then you need to practice being patience. Either you follow my way or you have full freedom to go your way, choice is with you :).

Try Mezereum 30, put few drops of liq in a bottle of pills, and hav it for two weeks. If u feel better then go on increasing the dose. when u hav 200 , hav it oncein three days.

The above advice is not correct.

If you feel better you do NOT increase the dose and or potency.
You stop dosing. Let the medicine work and see how long
it works. If it is right, the doses will be longer and longer
apart. You also only increase the potency when you
have hit a plateau with the previous dose.

Go to a homeopathy pharmacy, ask for the regular pills, size matters bt not as much. after putting them in a small bottle (the bottle should be clean & free from any sharp odour, not even soap if at all u use to clean it) put 10 drops of medicne, and shake it well, then have 4 to 5 tablets, dont chew them but put it on your tongue and take its taste until it melts completely. If u have anything which has a sharp smell, like garlic or onions or anyhting else which has its taste for a long time the medicine wont work at all. There should also be a half an hour gap before and after you have the medicine. That means if you want to have medicne at 10pm, do not eat anything after 9;30, take the medicne at 10, and avoid to have anything till 10:30.
BY increasing the dose i meant, you should't stick to one dose, if your ailment is very old, chronic, start with a lower potency, if there is improvement, continue it for a week or two, then if there is no further improvement then increase the dose. if u increase the dose the frequency of medicine should reduce. If you take 30, then you can have it four times a day, at a gap of 4 to 5 hours, if you take 200, have it once a day, or once in two days.
