Chest pain, chronic, deep thoracic back pain, pressure headaches and stiff neck in the morning
I am 40 years old and have had back pain since my late teens. I have almost 3 year old twins whom I love very much but who have during the past year caused me some stress as it's a very demanding job and has had it's toll on me. My non stop never ending back pain seems to have gotten alot worse, I would describe it as chronic pain as it never ever leaves me. I have the pain in the thoracic area between the shoulder blades and running right across the centre of the back. I have had xrays over the years and they've always said there is nothing wrong. I am thinking of going for an MRI as i'm not totally convinced as it's very painful and I've been experiencing since February chest pains as well, like a dull ache which seems to run right through to the back area where it hurts. I am the type of person who gets very upset with issues and dwells on them and many times don't express my anger (I do to my husband and mother but I wouldn't dare to a friend or relative). I also always try to be a good person and never do anyone wrong. I've just started having homeopathic treatment and i have been prescribed Sepia LM1 4 drops a day. It's just under a week and almost every day I have had the same if not worse back ache, and still the dull chest discomfort. My homeopath told me today this could be a sign to stop as when one has had enough of the remedy, the symptoms it is prescribed for can become exacerbated?? I've only been on this for 6 days and every day I have felt this way so what do you think this means and what would you suggest? I don't understand how it's time to stop when I haven't felt anything different?? Apart from getting slight morning stomach cramps similar to period cramps which I don't usually get? What would you suggest. I am going to see her on Saturday but would like to know what you think?COuld someone please help me? Thank you.

Here is my information:

5. weight 57kg
6. Height Â…. 5ft 4inches (162cm)

8. climate winter
9. List of your complaints
Chronic thoracic pain (deep), chest discomfort, neck tenderness pain that leads to pressure earaches
10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint
Back: 20 years but last year more chronic
Chest: since February
Neck and headaches: 9 years
11. non-Diabetic only had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant
12. Desire sweets
13. Thirst: hardly drink
14. Tongue and Taste normal
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) 116/80
16. What exactly is happening? Get very stressed at home with my almost 3 yer old twins feel overwhelmed and like I just can't get control of their cheeky behaviour, I get alot of tension and I believe this is aggravating my symptoms
17. How do you feel? In pain and defeated like I will never get rid of this backpain and a bit like a hypochondriac like something must be wrong with me
18. How does this affect you? mentally thinking too much and always feeling pain and down
19. How does it feel like? deep dull ache in my upper middle back, dull ache in my chest and headaches feel like pressure in my head at the top. Also stiff neck in the morning

my father died when I was 20, when I first developed anxiety the doctor thought I had a heart murmur and told me they think I had a hole in my heart, this triggered health anxiety and ever since I have not been the same.
22. How did that feel like? Anxiety like I had a death sentence
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation?
running to the toilet for diaorreah due to stress, sleepless nights, worry
24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand (Habits or Actions)? I always touch my face and hair
25. Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past? I did take anti depressants back when this started 9 years ago but I didn't want to take them for long when I go off I started getting the terrible headaches

Father passed away brain haemorage, mother alive, have 3 healthy brothers. Mum suffered anxiety as well in her younger years

Finished secondary school then did tertiary studies and completed office administration course
28. Nature of work, what do you do for living? I work 2 days per week doing office administration
29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food
love lollies, sweets, love pizza, bread, curries but I also love salada, veggies and fruits

I'm shy, I hate public speaking and I am a people pleaser unfortunately, I am a good person who tries I make people happy, and I have a good heart. With my husband and children I get irritable and scream alot when upset or angry as they are the ones I take my frustration out on.

u will never find anything by x-ray or MRI. Only USG test of whole abdomen area may reveal the secret of ur troubles. If u found nothing in that also then the problem is neurological or bcs of rheumatism. But it is sure that u have weak digestion of ur digestive organs.
Make a Ultrasound as soon as possible and let me know the result of that.
U can Take Anacardium oc. 200c one dose liquid medicine at night before 15 min from sleep every day for a week than in the mean time doing the USG u will report me with the results of medicine and also the USG report.

Thank you so much Dr. I actually had an ultrasound on my abdomen to check all my organs and everything was fine. I also had a gastroscopy and they found I have a hiatus hernia. Could this be the cause of all my symptoms? If so do you think that taking what you have prescribed will help me? Thank you so much once again.

Yes ur hernia can have those symptoms at ur bosy like that. The medicine I prescribed can help u with ur mental and digestive system regarding problems. I m afraid that u could have some gallbladder problem also, Can u recheck with a new USG test of abdomen??
If things like hernia and gallbladder problem happens then it is not possible for me to help u here at forum, U have to contract me private for at least 6 months or a year.
