Hi Osman,
Thanks for the patience. I knew T.N will come back after one dose of Medhorr but this remedy was necessary for her. Please give her another dose of Medorrhinum-1000 tomorrow or the day after tomorrow & then wait for 3 or 4 days without giving her any remedy.
After the gap of 3 days, start the earlier prescribed remedies again as per below schedule:
Cofea Cruda-30c (Twice daily for next 10 days. After the 10th day, give her Coffea Cruda-200 every 3rd i.e once in 3 days for next 15days)
Kali Phos-6x (Twice daily for next 15 days only)
Mag Phos-6x (Twice daily for next 15 days only)
Silicea-6x (Twice daily for next 15 days only)
Hope the above presciption will permanently solve her problem (Inshallah).
For Sinus problem, get hold of below remedies that we will start after she is completely relieved from T.N
1- kali bichrom-30c
2- Lemina Minor-30c
3- Calc Sulf-6x
