enlarged liver and spleen and high blood pressure

Please advise re enlarged liver, enlarged spleen and high blood pressure.
I am tall, obese, thirty-six years old, love eating(especially rice), sweat a lot, love the cold, have respiratory problems, had TB nodules removed from my neck seven years ago, excess hair on body, enjoy meat and spices, love sweets, love people, am talkative, can't stand opposition, love neatness and cleanliness, am softhearted, love perfume, love being comfortable(can't stand synthetic itchy clothing). Oh yes, I am left-handed.
I never drink or smoke.

Yes. It was a doctor who diagnosed enlarged liver, enlarged spleen and high blood pressure.
