uti
Hi there. I need some help with a UTI. My N.D. doesnt' work on Friday and I'm going out of town on business for the next week and I need to try to fix this one myself.I felt one come on a week or so ago after intercourse and it never amounted to much- I took some Cystex (OTC antibacterial and analgesic)and drank h20. This morning I woke up feeling bloated and crampy and my first urination of the day was painful (extremely painful at the end of the stream), cloudy/ milky with white clouds and had a strong/bad odor. There was no visible blood. I was very uncomfortable all morning with my abdomen feeling crampy and my genitals feeling irritated and have had the urgency to urinate. I also had a chill with goosebumps on my arms. I am still uncomfortable, but have had 100 oz of H20 and also took some Cystex again this morning.
I think this one came on after intercourse as they often do. We are using a foam as B.C. and it may be contributing to the problem. I have had problems in the past with recurrent UTI's and don't want to begin the viscious antibiotic cycle again. I also don't want to be sick on a business trip- advice would be very helpful as I have never self treated before!
One more questions- i am currently on a remedy 3 times a day for Fibromyalgia my N.D. contributes to estrogen dominance. Will another remedy for the UTI interfere with that?
Thanks so much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I'd suggest Staphysagria. It worked for me. Having said that, I am not a professional homeopath and others may protest that you shouldn't take another remedy if you are already being treated homeopathically for the fibromyalgia. It may cancel out the first remedy or set your case back, etc. etc.
