Hashimoto's and Hydrogenoid
Help! I can't find the thread I started! Can you help me anyway?I wrote that I seem to have Hashimoto's. I've been hypothyroid for 18 years and have tried everything but nothing helps. I'm tired, gained a lot of weight, cold, dry skin, etc. I'm 61 years old and when young I weighed about 117 pounds. Now I weigh 173, even though I don't eat a lot. The last 25 pounds came on when I was under a lot of stress for 6 years when my son became depressed, then psychotic.
The remedy I was told to take was Nat Mur 1M so I took it 2 weeks ago.
So far, I've noticed that my hands are a tiny less puffy and the weird little puffy areas on the soles of my feet have lessened quite a bit.
My question is: do I need to wait another 2 weeks, then ask for advice? - or can I take Nat Mur now, perhaps in a 10M? I think Nat Mur is the right remedy because it is helping a little - I'm just not sure it's strong enough.
By the way, I believe I have a hydrogenoid constitution, just like my mother and grandmother. I read that Nat Sulph is good for this unfortunate body type.

Please take three doses of Calcarea Carb 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
