Help Needed Urgently!

Hi,

I will need good help!

I am 31 years of age, Single, Female residing in India. I used to weight 44 Kgs in 2008 after which I suddenly became obese. I weight 60 Kgs now and am 5' in height.

I suddenly developed a craving for alcohol and cigarettes and am totally on it eversince.

I used to have braces till 2008 and was eating very less. Till date also my food intake is very frugal. I like spicy food and chilled water with special mention of breads and potatoes. I have a terrible craving of Chocolates.

I am going through a very troubles relation since 2008 and stay depressed all the time.

My smoking has increased to 60 sticks/day.

I am experiencing terrible nightmares of devils and insects all nights. I have bad headaches which affect both sides of my temples. I have weak eyesight though theres no power in my eyes. I have hearing loss in my right ear since 2 years after I was slapped once.

I am usually irritable and angry all the time. My cholesterol levels are on borderline. I have had two abortions and was experiencing some period problems lately with no periods for 3 months.

I tried exercising but it doesnt yeild any results. I guess half my problems will end if I lose the flab around my body.

My skin is flaky and my hair lacks lustre. I am greying fast. Please HELP!!!
