acne again :(

I have had acne problems since I was 16-17. this might be a heredity thing as my mother had massive acne till she was 43. when my acne started it was just huge pimples which hurt and came out primarily on my nose. For the first two years it remained like this, a huge zit used to come out every other week. I was mostly using topical medicines at this point. When I started going to University, I had very bad schedule, with erratic sleeping patterns and unhealthy diet (eating out at irregular times, no breakfast!). This of course aggravated my acne which spread on to my cheeks, chin, forehead (around the eyes and eyebrows mostly). Some of these pimples were small and red, some were small with white/yellow pus on them and some were huge and hurt. If I would accidently pop it, usually the pus would come and then blood.

I took around 2-3 anti-biotic courses which worked while I took the medicine, but when I stopped taking the medicine, the acne would reappear. My blood tests showed the problem was in my liver (most likely) where something was 93 whereas the normal level was supposed to be below 42. A doctor then told me to use Amoxyl which I did in the January of this year for a month and a half and this proved to be the most effective medicine so far as my acne disappeared (and my blood tests became normal) till around two three months back (its re emerged now).

Other than this, I sometimes have small red spots on my upper chest, but none on my back or shoulders. I also sometimes have somethings on my skull which hurt when I touch them. My menstrual cycle seems to be pretty normal and acne tends to be lesser at the end of my periods.

I have a major sweet tooth but now I believe that for the past year (or more) I have been eating pretty regularly and healthy.

I got SCAN done of my liver but it was alright. Before I took the amoxyl course, the doctor was considering doing a biopsy but after the problem went away she decided against it.

I for a point thought I might be allergic to milk and milk products so I stopped taking them completely but I don’t think that this is the problem. I went to a homeopath for two months but it wasn’t v helpful. I am in Germany now so shud I seek some help here?

if i could get some serious professional advice i would be very very very grateful :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Arnica 30c taken in the Wet Dose usually helps to cure chronic cases of Acne, Styes and Chalazions which have defied other Homeopathic remedies and drugs.

The method used to make the Wet Dose is as follows:

Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from your nearest supermarket.
Pour out 100ml
Drop in 3 pellets or 1 drop of liquid Arnica 30c into the 400ml water
Cap the bottle tightly and succuss it 4-6 times by banging on your palm and look out for the air bubbles to fizzle up from the bottom.
Pour out 1 teaspoonful of the potentized remedy and sip it twice daily with the last dose taken last thing at night.

You should observe that your acne will disappear in under 10 days. The scars will also get filled up in a few months.

You will also observe that you will sleep very deeply after the Arnica. I believe that this is part of the therapy as this deep sleep helps the body to recover better overnight.

Arnica is very safe in use and I have used it every night as a 'tonic' for the last 10 years.
