Just to update you I am having sores/ulcers on my tongue on both sides and my stomach is bloated/hard. I have constipation.
I have not been sleeping early and so waking up in the morning is becoming hard and I am not fresh after I wake up.
there is still itching and its happening the whole day. the prickly feeling on my back is not much but I did get some pimples eruptions still.
I feel pain and irritation in my ear , specially in the left ear.

After taking Nux vom 200 three doses
My sores on tongue and lower lip have reduced but still there on the tongue. constipation is gone. There are pimple like eruptions still in the upper body like I had even before I started treatment.
The tinea versicolor is visible and white all over upper body, it was hidden before or not so visible before. As for tinea cruris itching has reduced( the point to be noted is that I did not have much itching problem before I started this treatment but it has increased only after taking all the remedy's you suggested. I do not know if this has something to do with the chronic ness of the disease, as I used to have itching a few years ago when the disease was in initial stage and slowly after few years it got reduced but the affected part remained same, only during your treatment it started itching and also started growing to the scrotum area)and the affected area in the groin is smelly. urine is smelly.
Most important factor which I noticed is I feel light and better than before as I was feeling tightness and heavy in my upper body chest and stomach before taking NUXVOMICA.

I have found that I have warts in my armpits and behind lower part of shoulder also. My head also sweating always due to even little moments or work.
I think I have this problem when I always mention pain in the left rib, I checked and verified its called Costochondritis.

Please advice.
I could not report back I had a severe cold and sinus which I mentioned I had before because of bent cartilage in the nose. I had to take allopathic medicines. And I was travelling.
My problem remains as before in the groin area the area seem to be increased., No itching but smelly both in groin and urine.
There is itching on my chin in the hair.
The tinea versicolor was in dormant state before all your remedies but now it seem to be back in upper portion of my body shoulders, back and chest with itching.

Forgot to mention that I still have a big sore on my left side of the tongue.
I have major problem sleeping. cannot sleep early in the night and wake of late in the morning.

I have noticed that after taking single dose Tuberculinum 200 the pain in my upper left area in the chest and hand seem to have reduced a lot. there is a little pain left in the connecting muscles. Which I told you before that it could be costochondritis.
I will keep you updated as I have started Thuja 30 as you suggested from 2nd day.

The tinea versicolor seem to disaapear a bit. I have not noticed any change in the warts. Tinea cruris seem to increase in area with little itch but seems to take normal skin color a bit, i am not sure its decreasing or increasing.
Please advice.

just wanted to tell that similar fungal infections present with my parents.
Also my spouse had tuberculosis and was treated with ATT for reproductive infection.
