Antidote???

I took Sepia 200C for menopausal symptoms and emotional detachment from family. (self diagnosed). But my menopausal symptoms are 4x's worse. Night sweats went from 4x a night to 8x a night and My bed clothes are soaked every time, Do I need an antidote? this is worse!!
