12 week old "colic"

Our son is 12 weeks old. Since 10 days old he has been very upset, with moments of happiness.
He has experienced reflux, which I believe was brought on my apple cider in my diet. He has been very gassy, cries every night from 4pm until sleep.
He hates being swaddled. His arms and legs constsntly move about in an agitated state. He startles very easily, which results in a very sad and prolonged cry. His only way of sleeping at night is with motion in the swing. He will nap in the morning if settled by motion (car ride, stroller, etc), but refuses to nap after noon, resulting in overtiredness. While sleeping at night he makes many noises. During the day he wakes often after his first sleep cycle and is unable to stay asleep.
He is very large for his age, the size of a 7 month old. While sleeping his hands and feet are ice cold.
His most troubling symptoms are his inability to sleep without motion, his agitated movements, how easily startled, and the resulting cries.
ND gave three doses of sulphur 200c, with no effect. I gave one dose of chamomilla 30c today, one week after the sulphur, with no noted effect.
Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him calc carb 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects in a week.
