thinning falling hair

hi !
I am 23 year old guy living in canada. I moved here from india one year back.
My hair used to be very thick and shining 5 years back. But since then I have suffered severe hair loss. I also have lots of acne on my face for which i am taking treatement (apodoxy for 1 month). the acne are getting better but the thinning hair and falling (specially on top and back) have made me loose confidence.
I also had a swelled lymph node in the neck for which
my doctor in india had suggested constitutional remedies (silicia200 and nat mur) ... although they didnt help ... meanwhile the lymph node got infected and was treated (the lump is invisible now) ..
my major symptoms are
1) I had lots of dandruff which has gone now after using nizoral shampoo
2) my scalp sometimes feels scratchy
3) I have constipation
4) i suffered from typhoid 5 years back
5) though my skin is oily, but i had white scars around my eyes which used to look dry ..(though they have improved after taking vitamin E tablets) ..
6) I have started using multivitamins.
7) I have gastric problems (maybe thats why i was suggested silicia)

I brought some medicines from india... i have arnica30, silicia 200... they are in form of small white balls.
Can anyone advise my something?
