Please list all your present symptoms- and if
anything has stayed better or worse since the Ignatia.

My sleeping condition has improved. I use to feel sleepy previously. Now i feel less sleepy. I can concentrate more. But it is still hard for me to concentrate and memorize something.
I still have breathing problem. I feel like breathlessness most of the time. I feel like i am not taking enough breathe.
As i said i tends to forget simple things. like keys...
i feel very shy meeting new people.
I have premature ejaculation.
I have varicose vain in my testis. That means it swells when i ejaculate and i feel some pain and feel that blood flow is having hard time reaching testis.
i am very thin person i cannot put weight.
