chronic hair loss!! pls help!!

Chronic hairloss for past 4 months..was on isotretinoin for 5 months around 9months ago..bt realised i had heavy hair fall so stopped it..i went for a zero hair cut 2months ago...nw hair has grown back moderately but hair density on top head from temples to the top of back hed has reduced nearly 50%..especially on top....hair on back head n sides looks fine..ive tried all oils but nothing seems to stop my hair fall..help needed!! Ready to do netin!

Diet: loved and could never resist sweets! But since a month on gluten free diet (avoiding wheat products)..also avoiding dairy products...also avoiding all types of sweets..
Ive read alott online and research shows ive alopecia o male pattern baldness! Pls pls help!
